A three-stage pipeline modeled on The Copper Mark's official assurance methodology.
Upload as many documents as you want: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX (up to 50 MB each). Every upload is automatically summarized, tagged with key topics, and classified against the 33 RRA criteria, indicating which criteria each document supports.
Name the unit/operation, select the documents to include (default: all), and click Start Assessment. The system evaluates the 33 criteria in batches of 6 concurrent runs, streaming findings to the dashboard as each criterion resolves.
Printable, editorial-style report with a cover, outcome banner, executive summary, criterion-by-criterion findings, evidence citations, gaps, and recommendations. Export as a PDF using your browser's "Print to PDF".
The Copper Mark's Risk Readiness Assessment covers the full ESG spectrum of an upstream copper mining operation.
Integrity, transparency & risk
Anti-bribery, business ethics, due diligence in conflict-affected areas, risk governance, transparent disclosure, and grievance mechanisms.
Human rights, communities & people
Human rights, security forces, labor practices, occupational health and safety, stakeholder engagement, community development, Indigenous peoples, resettlement.
Environment, climate & resources
Tailings, water management, biodiversity, GHG emissions and energy, waste, hazardous materials, mine closure, and environmental compliance.
Each criterion receives one of three verdicts, plus a 2-3 sentence rationale, verbatim evidence citations attributed to the source document, specific gaps extracted from the criterion requirements, and concrete recommendations mapped one-to-one to the gaps.
The unit has a management system aligned with all core requirements, demonstrates effective and consistent implementation, monitors and tracks, and reviews effectiveness with updates as appropriate.
Anything that does not qualify as "Does Not Meet" or "Fully Meets". The system is designed, but there are gaps in alignment, implementation, monitoring, or review.
No management system aligned with core requirements, OR a designed system that does not align, OR an inability to demonstrate consistent implementation.
When no document in the submitted set meaningfully addresses a criterion, the system flags Insufficient Evidence with a list of expected and missing requirements. It is displayed to the user and does not count as a formal verdict.
The system reports the overall outcome on the dashboard and report cover, following official The Copper Mark rules.
The unit receives the mark without an improvement plan.
The unit receives the mark, but must submit an improvement plan.
The unit does not receive the mark and must submit an improvement plan.
No paraphrasing or fluff. Verbatim citations from your documents, attributed to the source, with verifiable gaps and actionable recommendations.
Fully Meets, Partially Meets, or Does Not Meet, plus a 2-3 sentence rationale explaining why this level was selected for this specific criterion.
Verbatim citations from submitted documents supporting the verdict. Each attributed to the source document name. No paraphrasing.
