Data Riders provides secure and confidential channels for employees, vendors, clients, and stakeholders to report concerns, suggestions, or suspected human rights violations. Write to hi@datariders.com.br with the subject line "Human Rights, Report". Reports are protected against retaliation and handled confidentially.
Art. 8 Investigation & remediation
- Every report is investigated impartially, with confidentiality guaranteed for reporters and victims.
- Retaliation against anyone reporting in good faith is not tolerated.

Art. 9 Training & awareness
- Provide regular training on diversity, harassment prevention, and human rights principles.
- Conduct recurring awareness campaigns so that everyone knows how to recognize, report, and prevent violations.
